Documents Needed

  1. Passport Photos-3 according to the biometric specification
  2. Application form- make sure you have completely filled out, the details of your future address, along with your phone number, email address.
  3. The Passport must be valid (12 months)
  4. Application documents (2)
  5. UG & PG certificates
  6. English Language Proficiency Proof -TOEFL or IELTS score
  7. Admission letter from a German University
  8. Cover letter – Provide the exact purpose and length of your stay in Germany
  9. Visa fees are to be paid off via demand draft in the “Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany” in New Delhi.
  10. Proof of the bank account, ensure you provide the current status of your payment, whether it’s paid or yet to be paid.
  11. Scholarship confirmation
  12. Declaration form, signed and dated with true and complete information

Application Process

UG

  1. The student must hold their Higher secondary education.
  2. IELTS score must be 6.0
  3. TOEFL- 80 points
  4. German language (B2 level)

PG

  1. For PG candidate- 16 years of education with 75% or 2.75 GPA
  2. IELTS – 6.5
  3. TOEFL- 85 points
  4. German language (A1 level)
  5. GRE – appeared is fine

MBA

  1. The students need 15 – 16 years of education
  2. IELTS -6.5 or TOEFL – 85 points
  3. Work experience- 2 to 3 years
  4. GMAT -550 But, may not be needed for certain MBA programs.

Accommodation Planning

If you are decided to study in Germany you have two popular options, yes, either you can pick the student hall of residence or private accommodation. You can get student halls or dormitories outside your universities. On top of that, you can also consider the rental/flat option.
